[feature request] boot menu

Make m1n1-stage1 able to boot multiple stage2s, by adding a menu that looks for files in /m1n1.
This could help with different DTBs or broken kernel updates, avoid reboot into MacOS etc.

Probably not? m1n1 is expected to be chained to u-boot, which has those features.

I am sure you know that m1n1 can also take the kernel as payload, in which case what I am proposing is a quality of life improvement. (I also suspect that kernel as stage2 will make life easier once m1n1 supports signed stage2 payloads, as one does not need to worry about locking down u-boot.)

As a concrete use case: on my mac mini m2, fancy keyboards are broken with u-boot, so the only way to input my luks password is to use the kernel/initramfs/dtbs as payload for m1n1/stage2.
