Some CSS hacks aren't working in my Firefox

I added the “appbutton_in_titlebar_icon_only.css” to userContent.css correctly, and it is not working, can someone tell me fix?

Also, the “tab_throbber_green.css” isn't working too, my god, and I correctly added it to userContent.css.

If it would be necessary, then I can upload my userContent.css file.
