🛡️ Enforcement Responsibilities

Community leaders are responsible for:

  • 🔍 Clarifying & enforcing standards
  • 🛠️ Taking fair corrective action
  • 🧹 Removing or editing harmful contributions
  • 📢 Communicating reasons for moderation

🌐 Scope

This Code of Conduct applies:

  • 🖥️ In all community spaces (online & offline)
  • 📧 When officially representing the community (email, social media, events, etc.)

🚨 Enforcement

Instances of unacceptable behavior may be reported to:

All complaints will be reviewed and handled promptly, fairly, and respectfully.
Confidentiality of reporters will always be respected.

📊 Enforcement Guidelines

Community leaders will follow these steps:

1️⃣ Correction

  • 🟢 Impact: Minor language/behavior issue
  • 🔵 Consequence: Private warning, explanation, and possible public apology

2️⃣ Warning

  • 🟡 Impact: Single/multiple violations
  • 🔵 Consequence: Warning + restricted interaction for a period of time

3️⃣ Temporary Ban

  • 🟠 Impact: Serious violation or sustained inappropriate behavior
  • 🔵 Consequence: Temporary ban from community interactions

4️⃣ Permanent Ban

  • 🔴 Impact: Severe, repeated, or harmful violations
  • 🔵 Consequence: Permanent ban from the community

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.0.
Community Impact Guidelines inspired by Mozilla’s Code of Conduct ladder.
