Logsums

• The logsums branch is largely complete
• Work location choice and school location choice now include intelligent sampling and logsums
• Required revisions to the entire chain of modules, as described here
• Both models also include intelligent sampling as well now, as described here
• Cleaned-up chunking as well
• Skipped using the mode_choice expression file since there is a bunch of pre-processing that doesn't apply to the logsums and instead created a logsums expression file for now; need to go back and fix this
• Tests implemented
• Need to test on full model setup
• Need to update documentation since this is a major revision

Project management

• Updates on additional funding later this year
• Wu replace Clint on the PMC
