bed level issue

I have a problem with bed levelling I have attached a video bellow. Basically the cr touch probe isn't full pressing down on the bed. so isn't giving a reading and causes the bed level to fail. (I do not have this issue when homing only levelling) I have another issue where the print starts to high off the bed. I'm not sure if this is due to the bed not levelling properly.

Did you reset your firmware after the update?
